Our group AMP Classes include barbell movements, gymnastics, plyometrics, running, biking, rowing, and many other modalities to improve endurance and strength to help you reach your goals.
BootCamp is a great program for beginners or those desiring a lower impact, lightweight, workout option. A great group workout, but without the heavy weight and technical movements.
Private training is all about you. You've got goals and a desire, we've got the program and tools. Lead by caring, friendly and experienced trainers, your training program is customized to fit your needs and abilities while ensuring that you constantly improve. Available 7 days/week, by appointment only.

All classes are 60 minutes and generally include a warm-up, workout, and a cool-down.
AMP and BootCamp classes run simultaneously at the times listed below.

Most people come through our doors looking to “lose weight and get toned.” The problem is that losing weight is a very ambiguous goal to set and consequently stick to.
It is easy to get discouraged by numbers from the untrustworthy scale, but your weight doesn’t tell the whole story. Your body is made up of muscle, fat and water. So losing weight is not the same as losing fat. Likewise, gaining weight may not be all fat gain. The InBody results sheet provides an extensive display of parameters relevant to body composition that can be used to efficiently lose fat, identify muscle deficiencies and more!
Through the use of cutting edge bioelectrical impedance analysis, the InBody allows for accurate and noninvasive body composition testing in less than 30 seconds! InBody offers more accurate results than other “gold standard” methods of body composition analysis at a fraction of the price, time and invasion of personal space.
This quick, easy and precise analysis will provide an objective starting point to track your progress as you start, or continue, on your quest to better health and fitness.
InBody analysis is required for all new memberships. InBody Testing is NOT required for Free Trial memberships.
