Bootcamp keeps you motivated and working hard. Working with a coach keeps you safe and injury-free.
We use kettlebells, dumbbells, and other equipment (no barbells), paired with Plyometrics, Calisthenics, and cardio to help you work towards achieving your goals. Each day, we’ll build you a challenging workout that combines the best of many methods, grounded in exercise science.
All classes (AMP Barbell & BootCamp) are 60 minutes and generally include a warm-up, workout, and a cool-down. Barbell and BootCamp classes run simultaneously at the times listed below.

AM: 9:00 Programmed workout for all members
AM: 8-10 Open Gym for AMP Barbell
