AMP Barbell is our flagship program. During these classes, you will be coached by qualified professionals to safely execute Olympic lifts, power lifts, plyometrics, and gymnastic movements, as well as to understand and execute the principles of strength and conditioning.
This is functional fitness!
Class Times
All classes (AMP Barbell & BootCamp) are 60 minutes and generally
include a warm-up, workout, and a cool-down.
Barbell and BootCamp classes run simultaneously at the times listed below.
SUNDAY
Afternoon - 1:00
MONDAY - FRIDAY:
Morning - 5:00 & 8:30
Evening - 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30
SATURDAY:
9:00 Programmed workout for all members
