Our Private Sessions are geared toward clients unsure of our group classes or those that desire more individualized training.
Your custom training program can focus on: Weight Loss, Cardio & Endurance Performance, Functional Fitness, Strength Training, Olympic Weightlifting, or Sport-Specific skill transfer, whatever you need to reach your goals.
Training can also be customized based on previous or current injury or limitations, previous or current health or medical issues, or even tailored to fit those with no previous exercise experience .
All Personal Training clients will start with a free 15 min phone consultation to go over your goals and the type of training you desire. This is a 100% custom program offered around your schedule.
