AMP vs. BootCamp
Both offer high-intensity training, a trainer, and a group environment. But which one is right for you?
Our AMP and BootCamp programs can both yield amazing results and, when paired with the right nutrition plan, can help you reach your goals!
The primary focus of our BootCamp program is to establish fundamental movement patterns and increase your cardiovascular capacity. We utilize bodyweight, kettlebells, running, biking, rowing, and many other compound movements to increase the work capacity of our clients and rev up your metabolism. We also implement stretching and lengthening exercises to help repair, recover, and more efficiently progress through our program.
BootCamp is a great place to start and an excellent stepping stone into our AMP classes!
BootCamp is offered in 3 and 4 day a week, monthly memberships.
Our AMP classes use all of the movements implemented in our BootCamp classes and THEN SOME! We use hanging, pulling, and pushing movements on a range of equipment that you don’t get to use during boot camp training. One of the most important pieces of equipment are our barbells for Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting. These movements are more technical in nature and do require more skill work which is coached and developed during all of our clases.
No experience is needed to join this program but having a solid base of endurance and an understanding of functional movements greatly enhances your experience and results.
All of our AMP memberships include unlimited weekly class attendance.
