Our Private Sessions are geared toward clients not interested in classes or those that desire individualized training.
Your custom training program can focus on: Weight Loss, Cardio & Endurance Performance, Functional Fitness, Strength Training, Olympic Weightlifting, Sport-Specific, or whatever you want & need to reach your goals.
Training can also be customized based on any: previous or current injury or limitations, previous or current health or medical issues, or even tailored to fit those with no previous exercise experience .
All Personal Training clients will start with a free 15 min phone consultation to go over your goals and the type of training/programming you are looking for.
