5 Burpees

10 Alternating Reverse Lunges

15 Sit Ups

60 second Forearm Plank

Score = Total Rounds + Reps

Plank = 1 Rep

Coaching Notes:

Didn’t think there could be more burpees, did you? Those planks are going to get hard! Keep the core tight and stay engaged. Try to move as fast as possible on all of the movements. Breathe through the plank - if you need to break you can, but you must accumulate a full 60 seconds
